After almost a decade in that powerful but demanding learning environment, a change was warranted, leading to another decade in the rural community of Three Hills. Since 2002 a well-developed background in corporate and commercial practice largely from the city, and in personal areas of practice such as wills, estates (and associated planning) and real estate transactions, from both city and rural perspectives, found a very natural and effective home in the integrated economic environment which is Leduc.
Mr. Howard regularly assists clients in setting up condominiums and advising on them, and in other real estate subdivision and development matters. He has also assisted a number of charities in their organizational and legal matters, in addition to participating as a director of various such organizations from time to time.
Aside from the demands of law practice, since discovering the pleasure of participating in live theatre during his years in Three Hills, Victor has regularly enjoyed assuming roles in both dramatic and musical theatrical productions, mostly with the Leduc Drama Society. Skiing, flying and fishing are other pursuits taken up (not necessarily in that order) as time and opportunity allows.
